Ready for more WOW?! This stepped up version of Women on Weights will work more on free weights, body weight exercises, and compound movements in a group setting of up to 10 ladies. Having some knowledge of basic movements and exercises is suggested, but not a necessity. Having a willingness to learn and try new things is more important. Class is designed for women 50 and over. Instructor Christy Leimkuehler. Max 10.
